With over a decade in CFO and senior finance roles, Chase has taken companies from $8M to over $40M in revenue is just a few years, increased valuations by 20x, and expanded to international scale, driving the financial strategy, systems, and operational discipline that made that growth sustainable. He has managed pricing strategy, built FP&A functions from scratch, led ERP implementations, and served as the finance leader in board rooms, investor conversations, and major transactions. His background also includes senior finance roles at large, complex organizations including Blue Shield of California and the California Department of Public Health, experience that added enterprise-scale rigor and operational depth to an already strong foundation in business finance. Chase holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
